Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
- We offer free express shipping on all orders over $150.
- Orders under $150 are charged a flat $15 express post delivery fee.
How long will delivery take?
All orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 1 pm Sydney time. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day. Delivery is sent via Australia Post Express, and to major cities across Australia you can generally expect delivery within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. We confirm that payment has been successfully received and prepare your items for dispatch. Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are shipped the same day wherever possible.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes your invoice details.
Do I get update on Delivery with a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your Express Post tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.
What are the payment methods for my order?
We accept secure online payments at checkout, including credit and debit card payments processed through trusted and encrypted payment gateways available on our website.
When do I need a prescription for my order?
Under current Australian regulations, nicotine-containing vaping products require a valid prescription. Devices, zero nicotine pods and accessories do not require a prescription.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. We will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our warranty and returns policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders promptly. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has been posted, it cannot be cancelled.
When is the order payment taken from my card/bank account?
Payment is taken at the time of checkout using your selected payment method. Credit and debit card transactions are processed instantly through our secure payment gateways.
